Pricing questions

What counts as a verification?

One verification is one session that reaches a decision (approved or rejected) in live mode. Test sessions, sessions that expire or are cancelled, and resubmissions inside the same session are not counted.

What happens when I reach the monthly included verifications?

Nothing is blocked: extra verifications are billed at the price per extra verification of your plan, on the next invoice. The Usage page shows the running estimate.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New accounts get a trial without a card. Test mode is always free.

What does the review time mean?

It is the target for a human decision, measured in business minutes from the moment the applicant submits. Alerts go to the reviewers before it is missed.

Are prices shown with VAT?

Prices show whether VAT is included. For consumers in the EU, VAT of their country applies; the amount is shown before you pay.

I am a business with a VAT number. Do I pay VAT?

EU businesses outside Estonia pay no VAT (reverse charge) when their VAT number is valid in VIES. Many Spanish autónomos and small companies are not registered for intra-community operations (ROI): their NIF then fails VIES and VAT is charged as for consumers.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrades apply at once (prorated); downgrades apply from the next renewal.

Can I withdraw after subscribing?

EU consumers can withdraw within 14 days using the "Withdraw from contract here" link at the bottom of every page.
